Dance of bliss is an experiential music journey merging freeform dance and sound healing designed to bring the participant into a heightened awareness where creative play, divine joy, liberation, release, transformation, empowerment, and authentic expression come together to cultivate balance and to awaken your full potential. Dance of Bliss begins with sitting in sacred space connecting to your intent.

The music begins and your invited to slowly move as your guided by the heartbeat of Mother Earth. World music fills the space with the sounds of didgeridoo, Native American and Middle-Eastern flutes, spirit chants, and tribal percussion. As the rhythm picks up so does the energy, so let your self go and dance like no one is watching. The journey then slows down as your invited to lay down in shavasana and go on a deep dive with the sounds of whale songs where the didgeridoo, tuned to the frequency of love, is felt through the chakras as a sonic activation. The session comes to a close by gathering once again in circle feeling connected, grounded, rejuvenated, inspired and blissful.

Shiva the Hindu god of destruction is also known as Nataraja, the Lord of Dancers (In Sanskrit Nata means dance and raja means Lord or king). This cosmic dance of Shiva is called 'Anandatandava,' meaning the Dance of Bliss, and symbolizes the cosmic cycles of creation and destruction, as well as the daily rhythm and harmony of life, of birth and death. To understand the concept of Nataraja we have to understand the idea of dance itself. Like yoga, dance induces trance, ecstasy and the experience of the divine. The purpose of this dance, it is believed, is to release humankind from ignorance and the snare of illusion of the "self."
